Purpose
USED TO HOLD THE RUDDER AT THE FULL RIGHT POSITION DURING INSTALLATION OR REMOVAL OF A RUDDER POWER UNIT (PCU). LOCKS MUST BE INSTALLED ON BOTH REMAINING RUDDER PCUS.
