For Boeing Airplane Programs
Pacific Tool Inc. was founded in 1966 by Frank Garbarino to serve Boeing’s specialized tooling needs. Since then, we have worked with every Boeing airplane program, starting with the 727. In the early years, we were instrumental in producing the first anvil assemblies and riveting tooling for the Gemcor Drivmatic auto-riveters. Predating computer-controlled machining, we mastered the complexities of automation and specialized tooling.
We have a wide array of manual and advanced computer-numeric-controlled (CNC) machining equipment for high-precision, specialized tooling manufacturing. Our factory and machining capabilities are tailored for the diverse universe of production tooling requirements.
Today, we work with all Boeing entities for all locations worldwide. We are the scale producer for specialized aerospace tooling, providing industry-leading engineering and technical assistance, the shortest lead times, and money-saving stocking. Our specialized tooling has been instrumental in Boeing’s lowering of manufacturing costs and reduction of production lead times.
What are specialized aerospace tools?
Tools designed for specific production and assembly operations or work procedures. These tools both speed the process and ensure work is completed within tolerance.
What are Boeing ST and UT tools?
A Boeing Standard Tool (ST) or Utility Tool (UT) is a Boeing-designed tool, proprietary to Boeing and only available through a Boeing licensee. ST and UT tools are designed for specific production and assembly operations or work procedures. These tools usually both speed the process and ensure work is completed within tolerance.
How do I set up an account?
Can Pacific Tool provide the Boeing ST equivalent tool for the existing tool we are using?
If you are using a substitute or non-approved tool, we can provide the Boeing ST match or equivalent.
